I bought a used car on -/-/- and financed it with Ally. I am - and thus a -, so I should have been included in the settlement against Ally for overcharging -. I learned after the deadline had passed to submit a claim that there had been a settlement regarding the fact that Ally had overcharged - who had financed cars with Ally between -/-/- and -/-/-. Since I am a -, I should have been included in this settlement, however, Ally never contacted me or sent me any letters regarding this matter. I have called Ally several times and finally they referred me to their Settlement Administrator who was unable to help me, stating that the deadline had passed, that is why I am filing this claim with you.
