I purchased a TV from -. Placed payments ( - ) on auto pay. When - requested payment from bank, the bank rejected payments. I received a letter from -Snychrony stating that since bank has not honored payments they have suspended my card, send my info to credit and collection bureau. I have made all payment. Called - several times with no satisfaction. I also went to my bank, they found that - has inputted the incorrect account routing number and incorrect bank account number. The routing number appears under miscellaneous information, and the account number the first - numbers were cut off. Also, on -/-/2015 I discontinued my auto pay. Today, -/-/2015. I went on to - site and noticed that they sent to the bank for auto pay. I did received email from - on -/-/- stating they received my request for cancelling auto pay.
