Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report

For many years I have been trying to gain access to my credit report, and to suspend my credit freeze so loan companies could gain access to my credit file. I have found, without exception across - Transunion and - that I can not release a freeze temporarily. There is no possible way to get a phone number where humans answer and can assist ; there is no web site that does n't send me into limbo, listing irrelevant answers to their canned questions, and then saying they can not help me without mailing in a request, which makes it impossible to get a loan. When I attempted to get a copy of my credit report via mail, they refuse to provide it listing insane requests for irrelevant information after weeks of waiting - all three did something similar in response to my request via mail for my free credit reports. This is ridiculous. Your system here does not allow me to complain about the wide-ranging nuisance these companies are being allowed to impose upon consumers that just want them to do what they are supposedly requred to do by law. Obviously these bureaus have deliberately developed systems and processes that avoid equitable compliance with the law and are being allowed to get away with it by acting in complicity, with all - not complying.
