I was double charged at an establishment and was told i could not get my money back. after, speaking with a higher up rep of the company i finally received - of my payments back. Today, I went to pay my loan off and re barrow and now i am being told that i can not because i missed a payment. i have receipts for - and - payment. i contacted the district manager again. And this time i was told to leave the store and that was that. I explained to this person that i have receipts and he still would not honor what i had to say. at this point my contract is void because they did not hold up the end of the agreement on their end. the district manager also hung up in my face.
