TransUnion Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Account terms Arizona
I subscrib0ed to - about 12 years ago telling them I could to have a CONTRACT because I would need to put it on vacation every winter because I live in AZ during the winter. I was told it was no problem. The first winter I did that they accused me of early termination and charged me $500.00 I refused to pay it and disputed this charge. Nothing has changed. They keep sending it to different collection agencies all these years. This has been an adverse affect on my credit report and it still is showing up as a collection action. How many years do they have a right to do this? Once 7 years was gone, that should have been the end of it. I am not paying them anything for their false charges. Besides all of the above, each year the amount changes. first it was $500.00, then it was -, now the last I saw from a new collection action was $140.00. They are getting nothing from me. Please make the agency correct this and get this blemish off of my record. Thank you. - -
