I have been out of work for most of -/-/- due to moving, illness, and a car accident. I have received repeated calls from Sterling Jewelers/Kay Jewelers during this time in an attempt to collect a payment from me on an account for which I owe less than $120.00. I have tried to make the payments when they set them up but with no steady income I have been unable to follow through. They call up to 4-5 times a day, often from different numbers, in an attempt to make me answer the phone I assume. I have blocked - numbers to date that I know belong to this company and yet they still call. They call late in the evening as well. They are sometimes rude and continually ask when I think I can pay and I 've told them I do n't know as I am trying to find a job every day! I just recently was given a position but it does n't start until -/-/- and they still want to know when I can make a payment.
