Trans Union, as of - 2015 I have noticed lag time reporting credit information to credit file. As of today Wednesday - - 2015 I have formally called in a complaint to Trans Union - - in regards to credit file not being updated, - accounts last updated -/-/2015 - accounts reported -/-/--/-/-. As of - - 2015 no accounts have been updated to reflect current status of account status in over 30-60 days. Trans Union credit agency representative in USA called me a liar regarding accounts, in addition said No information has been received from any creditor for Trans Union to update my credit file. This obviously is incorrect information given to me.
I asked Trans Union Representative How/why the other national credit agencies are reporting but Trans Union is not.?. He said it is not Trans Union, it is all your creditors fault for not reporting any information to Trans Union. I find this hard to believe when everything is automated. Trans Union Representative said there is No department within Trans Union to file a complaint regarding updated credit information in ones credit file. Trans Union representative had also said he has only heard of this type situation 3 times before during his employment with Trans Union and was unfamiliar with their procedure to correct the problem, Trans Union representative had mentioned in those cases it was a computer glitch software anomaly. Trans Union representative told me he would need to transfer me to IT but that could n't and would n't happen as he is unable. Trans Union representative told me I need to file a dispute against ALL my creditors so they can manually send in accurate current credit report, that makes no since to me. My creditors have reported to all credit agencies regarding individual accounts, I have called each company to confirm, they all reported to Trans Union every month.. - and - all show accurate and current month credit information. My dispute is not with creditors but solely with Trans Union - - They are unfairly reporting credit information, selectively. When I have applied for a credit card an inquiry is automatically added, when a creditor reports Trans Union delays updating credit report, in my case 67 days for - accounts, 31-41 days for - accounts, and - account has not yet generated a -/-/- statement. I was told by Trans Union representative there is absolutely No agency I am able to file a Compliant/Dispute against Trans Union, I replied I am able to file a complaint with C.F.P.B. and so I 'm doing so.
