I bought a car, a -/-/- -, from - in -/-/-. I paid on it without fail, timely and in full. I traded it in on a -/-/- -. i have the contract, that clearly shows this, yet, -, renegged on the deal, and now is saying i voluntarily surrendered my -/-/- -. The dealership sold my -/-/-, then - took the -/-/- - back. - has lied into their own records because they screwed up by allowing my car to be sold even though it was still my car. I can submit some documentation now, and the rest later. - is guilty of fraud, renegging on a signed deal, and allowing my car to be " stolen '' and sold by the dealership. The lies and fraud and wrongful reporting to the credit bureaus needs to be punished and corrected.
