I have been in contact with Ally Financial 's overseas customer service department, then their fraud department, then several supervisors, and never received several return phone calls as promised about the fact that they have erroneously reported that I paid - payments thirty days late to the credit bureaus, when even by their latest missive that is INCORRECT. A single car payment was $660.00 per month at that time. Many attempts to have this rectified have them ascertaining that they reported it correctly ; when from what they 're saying and what they sent to all of the credit bureaus $1200.00, is not reflective of what they, themselves is incorrect. I have been going on with this issue for two months and either they are n't doing the math, or they 're just refusing to correct their errors. Thank you.
