recently, transunion made a reccomendation on my credit file not sure if they benefit from people getting new accounts or not .any way there reccommendation was for me to transfer my - credit card - saying it would save me money .there was no way for me me to check who the bank was i assumed cause they reccommended it that they researched it .after opening new card i go to transfer my balance they contacted me saying they we 're unable to transfer from one - to another .i could n't close the account because it would hurt my account i called trans union - call told guy hoping he was writing it down /putting in the computer i asked him he said no i asked if there was an - speaking person cause i could n't understand him he said no .he gave me a fax which was n't working.i called back a - answered again told her again no resolve .i was just trying to tell them that the reccommendations they make are false and to put up that on thier site to tell people because thier information hurts people credit
