Incorrect information on credit report Account terms New Jersey

I have not been able to obtain my report other than from - - due to Transunion said they could not verify me. They have - reports from - closed/derog ch - that are incorrect ; - ch - double reported limit $300.00 and $250.00 ; - $1500.00 should be reported paid in full ; they have collection accounts that state that meet fcra requirements for disputes that should be removed yet remain on my report. - $1200.00 ; - $620.00, - $ - $250.00 ; I would like these removed a new report issued to those that have inquired against me as I have been denied credit with a new score and sent to me via email with the score and report as well as mail.
