Discover Credit card department,
While I had missed some payments around 2005, I have not missed a Discover Card payment in 10 years. In fact, while I sue the card regularly, I have been making very large payments. Because of my history years ago, I wound up in the 28.99 % bracket. I recently requested an adjustment down to the level that my other credit cards were at 12 - 15 %. I was told that they could only grant me a 5 % credit for payments above the minimum. Effectively still charging me 25 %. This did not appear to be fair.
