Portfolio recovery services account - amount $630.00 opened - and account - amount $580.00 opened - has been reporting inaccurate on my credit and is in violation of federal law. These accounts are collection accounts and are reporting 120 days past due which is impossible and is an inaccurate status for a collection account. It is also reflecting that it 's as a factoring account which is false because factoring accounts reflect current debts. Please remove this - accounts from all - of my credit reports for violating the fcra and inaccurately reporting account statuses as well as account types. I will be following up with complaints with the federal trade commission as well as the Virginia - for violating federal law.
