I have been working with my mortgage lender for months on a short sale. We have a buyer and supplied all needed documents to our mortgage company. They have not postponed the pending foreclosure date set for - -. My family is very concerned as we are trying to do the right thing. Please assist us in requesting Ocwen to postpone the sheriff sale to allow us to continue our short sale process.
