I had a car loan with Santander Consumer USA. After paying for many years we requested the company repossess the vehicle. This was -/-/-. At a later date we received a -/-/- - adding $5100.00 to our -/-/- income due to the amount of the loan adjusted off. Last month I received a -/-/- - for the SAME LOAN adding an additional $4400.00 to my -/-/- income for the SAME REASON FOR THE SAME LOAN. I do n't think I should be charged twice for the same loan charge/write off!!!!
