Paid off an old navy and a walmart card in full, for a total of - missed a walmart payment and used it regularly. Was thanked for the payment in full by dropping my credit from - to - dollars. - disappeared. Paid off old navy in full at -, even after my credit was lowered for no reason. I was thanked for paying in full by my account being closed. That - plus earlier payments of - disappeared. Synchrony stole around - in payments, and despite my good fAith as far as having access to my credit that i paid, and despite my timely payments, they lowered credit and shut down accounts, thus damaging a credit score that should have improved due to my actions. I consider this fraud and theft and they should be penalized.
