Synchrony Bank Credit card department,

I have credit cards for retailers issued through Synchrony Bank. The cards in question had $0.00 balances and no late payments. Synchrony took it upon themselves to close - of the accounts and lowered the credit limit on the other. This has really hurt my credit through the credit reporting bureaus.
