On - - I had $130.00 on my account ending in -. I have - rush cards ending in - and -. I was un able to access the amount on the card ending in - so I initiated a transfer which did work to card - in the hope that the other card would work. It did not work so I transferred the money back to card - and I did this twice again between dates - and -. Rush sent me documentation regarding that transfer. I also attempted withdraw the money at an atm on - and that did not work. A few days later I received documentation regarding the transfer and a notation that the transfers were cancelled. Rush also removed the $130.00 from my account. That money has never been replaced, refunded or was it used by me. I sent in forms and disputes regarding the money and was told on - that the decision was made that the money was non-existent and a balance error. I was also told that the money was put back into my account which is a false statement. As of this date their is no record of that money except for the email which was sent to me since Rush removed any accounting of the transactions or balance on that date as it stood on -
