In - of 2015 I called Ally Bank and was asking about a refinance due to a job loss. I ended up doing a skip a month. However the agent put in the wrong que so I got charged for the refinance charge. I did not realize the mistake until I received a call about a pass due amount, which I did not owe. I have spoken to the bank several times, they have acknowledged they made a mistake, yet they will not remove the black mark. They tell they are but it does not happen. Last month I was turned down for - new jobs because my credit rating dropped - points. In checking, I see now that Ally reported me over 60 days late for a car payment, which is not true, its their mistake that is showing the error. I have called there to get this corrected but they just are not doing anything. I do n't know what to do and I need your help. Ally knows the mistake is on their end, but the collections do not take the time to read all of the history. This is causing me much distress and I am loosing jobs, that I badly need because of their neglect. Can I sue them?
