I paid off auto loan VIN - with - about 5 years ago. - was to have released lien on my vehicle. - had an obligation to electronically clear my title when the load was paid off. When I called - to have it released they stated that it would take 24-36 hours. I beleive - has a pattern and history of failing to release liens.
