Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Arizona

I have been on - since -/-/-. All of my private loans from Navient have gone through a - discharge during that phase. -/-/-, Navient had reduced only - of - loans with the exception of loans ( 1 ) -/-/- College - and ( 2 ) - College -. Loan ( 3 ) - College - was reduced as I am able to make that payment while I am on Social Security - Income. I explained to - 's Customer Advocates Office that I still can not make a reasonable payment towards the loans. I was denied by - 's Customer Advocates Office since I have a co-signer on loans ( 1 ) -/-/- College - and ( 2 ) - College - they will not reduce my loans. Also, Navient has harassed the co-signer and has tried to have all co-signed loans in their name instead of working with me so I can afford to pay on the loans. Since being unable to make a manageable payment my total payment due is $810.00. My monthly payment normally is $280.00 with a past due amount of $520.00. My total monthly income is $1700.00.
