... -/-/-, we leased a - - '' through - dealer - of - - '' and put down over $9000.00. We were given - miles in the agreement. We returned the vehicle to - dealer - - '' in - ( Now - - ) -/-/-. The vehicle was inspected by the dealership and found to be unblemished and in very good condition. At the time, we were under the mileage limit by nearly - miles and fully ( 2 ) two months ahead of
undermileage? ) .... and further, demanded the two months payments ( $510.00 ), even though we had already returned the vehicle to them and were not able to use it. Further, they sent us a letter demanding an additional $1000.00 ) for alleged wear and tear '' their own personal inspector claims was found on the car. We were surprised and saddened by U.S. Bank 's egregious and impersonal handling of their contract with us. There is never any excuse for such an iron-clad '' enforcement policy of ANY personal agreement such as this! Their behaviour represents nearly $3000.00 of costs levied against us, for which we received absolutely NOTHING in return. We are now told that U.S. Bank is no longer being used as a vendor of leases by - -. thank you!
