Caliber Home Loans has misappropriated my mortgage payment and they are claiming that I have not paid my mortgage since - 2015. This is inaccurate and I have my bank records showing that Caliber cashed the checks. I have written a letter to Caliber Home Loans with attachments showing that I am current with my loan payments and they are still threatening to foreclose on my property. It is a simple adding and subtracting issue on their end that they refuse to remedy.
