I am disputing the estimate for 2015 property taxes from Ally Financial on a leased vehicle. I have contacted the - - - MO tax office and they do not agree with the 2015 estimate that Ally has provided me. Additionally, these funds have not been paid yet by Ally to - - -. So not only is Ally attempting to collect an incorrect estimate, they are attempting to collect a debt that they have not incurred on their end and they are not contractually allowed to collect. I have disputed this in writing, yet they continue to call my cell and office number.
