IN ERROR ON MY PART ... MY $35.00 MINIMUM PAYMENT WAS NOT PAID ON DUE DATE -/-/15. THE COMPANY E-MAILED ME THAT MY MINIMUM PAYMENT FOR -/-/15 WOULD BE $100.00. I CALLED THE COMPANY E-PLAINED..I SEE THAT I DID NOT PAY ON THE -/-/15 WAS AN OVERSIGHT ON MY PART ... I PAY ON TIME EACH AND EVERY MONTH. THE COMPANY INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS $35.00 LATE FEE FOR NOT PAYING ON -/-/15 BUT THEY WOULD WAIVE THE MINIMUM PAYMENT $35.00 LATE FEE BUT MY MINIMUM PAYMENT WOULD INCREASE TO $70.00 DUE TO MY OVERSIGHT. payment was paid today -/-/15. This seems an unfair practice and trickery to me. I would like to ask can these companies make up rules as they go along. I am - years old and made an error. T his is unfair to a loyal and faithful customer who erred and paid 9 days late. When I make a minimum payment of $35.00 the interest charges were $ -it appears that the interest charges are enough to compensate for any error for late payment.
