Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Received bad information about my loan South Carolina

I graduated from - College - -/-/2004 I had Private Student loans through -, now Navient. Since graduation, I have had BEYOND numerous problems with them. They have withdrawn monies from our bank account without authorization, changed scheduled payment dates/amounts without notice, failed to properly distrubute payments on account to correct loans, and have called us to collect payments earlier than scheduled to get a double payment for that month, then refused to return additional payments. They call my parents who are co-signors on my loans, up to 5 times a day trying to get additional payments, even when there is a automatic scheduled payment pending. I have made payment to account, only to find out 6 months later that they erroneously entered information and thus did not get payment from the bank, then charged me late fees for their error. They REFUSE to let you speak with any kind of supervisor above a manager and they do not return calls when promised. Any arrangements made with - operator, will not be known by other operators from a different call center. It has gotten to a point when any dealings with them are completely unreliable!! My issue is all of the ones listed below on " Dealing with my lender or serivcer!! We have been told there is a penalty and or reported negatively to credit bureaus if loan is paid off early. We have been hung up on.
