Synchrony Bank Credit card department,
The merchant credit card had a 0 % interest offer. They failed to properly disclose that after the promotional. All of the interest that was waived would be added to the balance. This was not adequately disclosed at the turning the credit was used. When I called the customer service center, they told me that if I paid the bill right away, that the interest would be waived completely. Two months later, they failed to do this and withdrew money from my checking account without authorization.
