I 've had a problem with Capital One Bank for months now. My account information was stolen and there were several out of state purchases made with both mine and my husband 's debit cards. Capital One refused to investigate and return us the money although they do advertise a risk free debit card. They basically blamed us for everything and did nothing even after we proved that we were not at the place where the charges were made. Their customer service is the worse and we are beginning to suspect it might have been their own employees stealing our account information. We have worked with other banks and are currently using a different one but never encountered this problem.
