Portfolio Recovery, Colorado? Collection Agency, asked them to send me snail mail about account. - - persists in calling and not leaving messages. I told him I was hard of hearing and could n't talk but should have gotten his address and contact info, but hung up on him. Persists in not telling me what account he is trying to collect both on phone and in mail. The credit card company is supposed to contact me and tell me what collection agency is being used. I never got one for this collection agency. Also, if the credit card company is going to have this on my credit report I should be able to pay them and not a collection agency.
