My name is - - - and I am -. My - number is ( - ) - and I have been - since -/-/-. The business is located in a brick and mortar store which I own with no loans or mortgage and the location is - - -, -, VA -. My complaint is about a problem with a Lowes business account of ours, an account that we have had since -/-/-. The problem started as a result of a failure of Lowes automated credit card service ( an IT programming problem ) that has resulted in our credit limit being reduced by - % through Lowes. In our attempt to get the credit limit reinstated Lowes tells us that after 22 years with this credit card they can find no valid information that we exist, have a valid location, and they can find no credit information or credit report on us in which to reinstate the credit limit - Very curious because Lowes provide this credit card in -/-/- along with original credit limit. As a result of all of this all of the Lowes ' credit underwriters are talking in circles without saying facts other than " try back in 90 days for a credit increase '' - What?
