Credit card protection / Debt protection Rhode Island
My credit card was stolen when my house was broken into then my card was used at several different places I did not report it until I seen the transactions 2 weeks later capital one is trying to not to refund me the fraudulent translations as they stated I do n't fit there criteria! Highly upset
