can not find anyplace to dispute issue with trans Union - unable to reach live person or get information to receive pin number to remove credit freeze on my report. they suggested information needed to receive to pin being copy of drivers licence - bill and other things - they have not provided what other things '' are needed. in order to speak with anyone live to get information I need to provide pin number which I have lost. I can not change credit cards - I can not get a loan w/o a credit score - I can not get a credit score with a freeze on my credit.
