Not sure where to start but the loan modification that i applied for with Penney Mac was on going but Penney Mac decide to move forward with the foreclosure sale even after stating in the month of - that there was no sale date to worry about and the Loan Mod was in process I do n't understand why this company is - - on foreclosing on my home when i have supplied them with 99 % of the required documents for a loan modification review, I have repeatedly told Penney mac i would like to keep home and obtain a loan modification and not lose my home because of one outstanding document, which they have now as of the date of this complaint.
