I noticed a fraudulent charge on my checking account with Capital One Bank. I ccalled and was told to come in and close the account. The account had a - babalance and nothing pending. I closed the account. The banker cut the cardI have the paper where the account was closed. Now I am getting letters from CCapital one with NSF charges on the account after it was closed. I called thebank several times and was told that it is being taken care of. Now the feesare up to - dollars. I spoke with a supervisor and she stated thatit was their mistake and for me to come in and close the account. I do n't want to do that because I already closed the account.
