I had a car loan with Kia Motors Finance. My car was hit - while the car was parked. My insurance company paid off the loan but paid more than the balance of the loan and Kia Motors Finance refuses to return the balance. Although this is a small amount, I believe this occurs to many many people and we have no other recourse. It is impossible to get a live person to speak to on the phone and the - letters I have sent have resulted in no response.
