An unauthorized charge appeared in my account. I disputed the unauthorized charge and the bank told me that it will take 60 days to complete it 's investigation, but has not credited my account. I contacted them after 2 weeks past and asked why they have not issued a provisional credit yet and they told me they do not issue provisional credits, that I would have to wait until their investigation is complete.
