My complaint is against Chevron Credit Card. I have had this card for over 20 years and have always paid my bill on time and there was no outstanding balance on the account. What happened was the card expired in - of 2015, when I went to use it I found this out. Usually the credit card companies replace the card before the expiration. I called and requested a new one in - and they said it was mailed to my old address and was returned and " Not at this address '' was written on the front of the envelope. I moved to my current address over 2 years ago and updated all of my credit cards with my current address promptly. Chevron said they would send the new card to my new address. I have been calling since - and they said to call the post office because someone keeps returning the credit card and writing " not at this address '' on it ''. They gave me this story every time I 've called and said they would send the new credit card. Well, I have not received any credit card. I even checked with the post office and they did n't know anything about it. I have gotten all of my other mail and credit card besides this one. So I finally had to close the account because I did n't want any open accounts without the credit card in my possession. I tore up the old card back in - and did n't have the credit card account number handy. I 'm sure I have an old statement somewhere with the account number on it. I am very disappointed with Chevron and do n't know who is lying, Chevron or the post office?
