PNC Bank Bank Account Or Service Complaint

PNC Bank Bank account or service department,

Checking account Account opening, closing, or management Pennsylvania

I was open a checking accunt in PNC Bank since -/-/- and evry thing it is good and I pay my bills and work normally, but -/-/- I was surprised that the bank want to closed my account, I asked them about the reason of that no one answer me,!!! after that I open new one in - Bank and evry thing good too, but -/-/- I received a letter from this bank that them need to close my new accont too!!!! and I asked them the reason and the same thing no one answer me!!!! Please help me what is wrong?? what I did? and I doing now?!!
