Wal-Mart/Synchrony has violated my consumer rights and closed my account 3 days after I used it and with no notice to me as the consumer. I am a - - - and still - and because of their unfair, unethical customer service I stand to lose my escrow, loan and my military security clearance. I have paid on time and at times twice a month and more then the min. Their pay system and app has many issues and I have serious concerns about there business practices. this is just of their ways of singling out folks. the person I am talking is the - his name is - -ID - so now I have to worry about my PII being Stolen. now 42 min into the call I get transferred to start all over again. I had a credit line of - and only - of it was used. How can it go from me using there card 3 days ago and to being closed with out notices 3 days later. this is some type of fraud.
