Navient Debt Collection Complaint

Navient Debt collection department,

I do not know Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received California

Today -/-/- I recieved a phone call from a Company called Pioneer Corp. Phone # - - - -. The lady was extremely rude! She stated she was collecting for my student loans, this would be from when I attended - - - - -/-/- to -/-/-. What is very strange is she said I owe an amount exactly the same amount - is stating I owe them. Also, she said my loans went into default in -/-/-. She acted like this was the first time pioneer has called me but it 's not. I 'm very confused on who is the servicer on these loans because I get no documentation, statements or court orders and they know where I am because - is garnishing my wages. I 'm a server I ca n't even get a job in the field I studied for because the - I worked so hard to get employers do n't look at it as quality education. In a prior complaint I stated - garnished my wages in -/-/- I was able to get it stopped but on my check it just says garnishment. - -, - they did it again but this time I ca n't get it stopped, now it says garnishment -. I do n't know if these loan are being sold to collection agencies or if - is connected to Pioneer.I made a compliant this weekend and Monday morning Pioneer called instead of -. So who is servicing my loans and where is the money going?? I have no clue and no statements or letters from no one.
