Payroll card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues Virginia

I am a customer of Rush card and since - - th I have not had any access to my account or my money. As we speak I still have no access to my money or account. That is a total of 14 days and still counting of not having access to the money that I depend on for everything. I have spent the last 13 days trying to get through to through to customer service to no avail.
