Hello I 'm a current card holder of a rush card, as I 'm sure you know they have been having issues. I have money missing in the amount of $480.00. I tried to contact them but am now being told my account does not exist even though I can access it online? I 'm not sure what the next step is to resolve this & get my money back. I do have documents to prove this as well.
