Please refer to the previous case with " Case number : - ''. I finally decided to close the PNC virtual wallet bank account for all the troubles that i have gone thru. But they keep on giving me hard times. 1 ) First they tried to charge me $25.00 as early termination fees - telling me that as i am closing the account in less than 180 days - they will do so ... even when it was well beyond 180 days of having this account. Later when i told them ... they did n't charged me anything like that. 2 ) Since - - 2015 - i am communicating to them to close the bank account. But they are arguing and wasting time and not doing what is needed. I told them that i have already moved my funds out and I want to close the account. Did repetitive follow ups but no +ve steps from their side to close the account. Further they once again charged me lower balance fees ( around $15.00 ) even when i told them long time back that this account needs to be closed.
