My account was blocked during the system outage and I had been without access to my money for almost 2 weeks. When I finally was able to get " help '' I was told that I needed a new card issued and it would take 7-10 business days to get my card or I could have it expedited for a $30.00 fee. I had no other choice but expedited shipping due to needing to pay my electric bill by the end of the month. So now I am not only behind on bills, but now I am also out an extra $30.00.
