I have been a victim of identity theft for over 21 years. I am trying to purchase a 3 in 1 credit monitoring product from equifax consumer services, however my attempts have been unsuccessful due to the fact that my file is being handle by Equifax Office Of Consumer Affairs. This department is not helping me to stop the identity thief from viewing and accessing my credit file online. I do not wish for the office of consumer affairs to no longer handle my credit file at this point an time. There services just do n't work. With me ordering the equifax 3 in 1 credit monitoring product, will allow me to better monitor my credit file as well as lock and unlock the file at anytime, keeping the identity thieves out. Please assist me in handling this request as soon as possible please. Thank You, - -
