- - transferred me to his manager pertaining to my account with - - -. I received several phone calls from GE Money bank in -/-/- requesting payment on the account. Per the - he stated to send him an email at -- detailing the information that is on my credit report. He stated that - - failed to notify GE Money Bank that the credit card was paid -/-/-. I had a coworker listening to the conversation through each of the conversations with - -, - - as well as the managers. I was told that - - was not available to speak with but I could send her an email at --. I have called this company more than 12 times. Per the manager, - - did not document that I called in only documented the account. - is the ID number I was given. I repeatedly told the manager that he was on speaker. When I advised him that both companies were attempting to collect on a debt that was paid -/-/- he disconnected the call.
