Capital One Mortgage Complaint

We sent the final principal payoff amount for our home mortgage to Capital One on -/-/2105. We contacted the company last week and they confirmed receipt of our check, but stated it would take 3 days more to credit the final payment. It has now been 7 days ( 5 business days ) since they said they would credit our final payment, and - calendar days since the payment was sent. We are concerned that they are dragging their feet, and we do not trust that they will fulfill their contractual responsibilities to close out our fully paid mortgage.
