RushCard informed us on an update to their systems that would take place for 5 hours. As of this writing ( and 8 days later ), there are still thousands without their money. Their customer service lines either ring busy, disconnected, or with hold music that 'll last for an hour before another disconnect. This has happened for days. The only updates ever provided from the company regarding this are delivered via ONLY - and - ( and - - ' Instagram ). This has caused an outcry on social media as some uses have been without money even prior to the update.
