Capital One Auto Loans makes collection calls on Auto Loan accounts prior to the due date. I have become a new auto loan customer within the last month and have been getting collection calls requesting payment prior to the due date. There has been no delinquency. This has been going on every day for the last two weeks. I understand from reading other customer complaints that this seems to be not isolated to my account but done to multiple accounts. I believe this practice is not lawful.
