On - - we issued a check from - - - and made a mobile deposit to PNC bank ( thus we transferred funds because - has branches far from us -. In our online accounts we saw that - sent money and PNC received it on - -. On - - we tried to withdraw cash from PNC in -, IN. The representative spent with us about 45 minuted and finally refused to give transferred money, even a portion of it. We could get only amount of the previous balance. During withdrawal we were repeatedly asked about the purpose of having cash ( we do believe that these questions were non-ethical, it is our money and our business what to do as we pay taxes and use money legally -. We live almost - miles away from the branch. So, we called in advance ; we made a trip just to know that we would not get money which we own.
